Problem whit small devices

HI,

i have an issue, when I try to open one model on a tablet, it only shows the description, but doesn't open the model, someone can help me whit this?

I already check the document availability and the "mobile client" and "full browser and small device version" are check.

when I un check the "IE client" the model doesn't show anymore on the access point when access from the tablet, I use both IOS and Android to test.
