Problem with a High Resolution DPI Monitor

Hello guys,

I'm trying to use a Personal QlikView 12.50 on a High Resolution Monitor (2560 x 1600) and I've also scalled the Qlikview ZoomFactorforHighDPI to 175, but I'm still getting some very small texts and icons.

Please, take a look at the attached picture.

How can I solve this issue?

Thank you

Hello Bruno,

Thanks for reaching Qlik for assistance.

It seems that this issue is fixed with QlikView 12.50 SR2 release.

Please follow the below article:

If issue persists please refer to MS article:

Hello!

Thank you per your quick response.

Unfortunately, I'm already using the version 12.50.20300.0 (QlikView April 2020 SR3), and I'm still facing this issue.

As you can see on my previous picture, some icons like New, Open, Save... and the font size of the Help Text are too small.

I'm already using the following windows configurations:
Text size and fonts: 175%
Resolution: 2560x1600

And I'm currently using the following configuration on QlikView.exe file (Check the Captura1.png file)

How can I fix this issue?

Thank you
