Problem with using Document Analyser

I have downloaded Document Analyser 2.5.qvw

Step1 :

I enter the path for my file say D:\applications\xx.qvw

and click on the open button on the left. It gives failed to open document.

Is there any way to select the file. I even tried with exact case with the path, but it does not work.

If anyone has any idea, what could be the error.
