To check NT Name security, to need to ask each user to open the .qvw from there system or you should know there login credential, so you can login in to system using their NT name.
The same can be checked by publishing the document and providing access to all users.
Make a copy of your application and apply section access in that copy. Once section access is applied, reload it; close it; now try to reopen and see if your NT security is working or not.
Let a user without access (i.e. not listed in the SA table) open the document. Access should be refused. If you publish in the AP, the document shouldn't even become visible in the documents overview for this user.
Let a user with access and data reduction open the document, and check whether data reduction works as expected.
Let a user with access and data reduction but without link field values open the document. If Strict Exclusion is enabled, access should be denied. If Strict exclusion is disabled, all data should be accessible.
