Can any one provide me a sample or identify from a web link for Project Management dashboard for reference.
I wanted to design the following
1. Project Analysis.
a. It will provide the analysis between planned project duration v/s actual project duration.
b. Resource allocated.
c. Project Progress/Status.
d. Project priority weight (can be set by the Managers day-to-day).
e. Project Delay factors.( e.g delay occurred due to late feedback from user).
2. Resources.
a. Keep track of a resource progress.
b. Keep track of resource roles.
c. Easy access to allocation, assignment, and actual detail of resources.
3. Data Quality.
a. Projects are flagged for data quality deficiences and summarized by Project Manager.
4. Port Folio Management.
a. It can give you an eagle eye view of entire portfolio.
b. Keep track of Projects in flight.
