I have a problem using an old license for QV Enterprise in the new QlikView v.10 that I downloaded today. When I try to enter the license information manually it errors with a message" Checksum incorrect...."
When I installed v.10 it failed(s) to recognize the old license from the previous version. I have been using the same license since the inception of QlikView. This license is working just fine in version 9 latest release. It also created a problem of rolling back the changes: when it installed v.10 it did not fully remove the installation of v.9. So I tried to unistall v.10 hoping to revert back to 9. But apperently the files had been replaced with the new ones (v.10). So I had to manually remove the records of v.10 including files and fully reinstall QV 9. Only then I was able to use my license again.
This is happening so far on QV 10 64 bit. I did not try Server or 32 bit yet.
