QMC Job Issue

Hi Team ,

In the document tab already existing reload time I selected none and then i have added reload time.Same jobs Appearing  twice.How to delete job ,i am getting below error.

the corresponding application might have deleted from documents folder , 

could you please serve more inputs on this ?

kindly check for the files in the folder
