QMC error

Hello Community, For only one document I am getting the below QMC error and for rest of them no failures.

 

Error: The task "Dashboard" failed. Verify if your user of Qlikview Services (Windows > Services) have full permission to write this file... put him as "Qlikview Administrators" and "Administrators" of your Active Directory (better) or Local machine. Other, verifiy if your user of Qlikview Services is "Denied" in QVW folders.

These are normally related to Anti-Virus or some other process taking away the file lock from us, such that we are unable to save the file post reload etc.  If you have exceptions in place for all of that, then the only other thing of which I can think is someone has the source QVW open somewhere, or perhaps there is a tmp file that is hung up as well.  If it is just the one task that would seem to point toward someone having opened the QVW and forgotten to close Desktop/Developer etc., or a stuck tmp file such that we are not able to update things due to that.  

The other option is to use Microsoft SysInternals Process Monitor tool to see what process may have the file locked that way if it is still locked.  Hopefully this helps.  Regarding .tmp file, look in the source doc folder with the QVW in question for any .tmp files that are not associated to running tasks etc.

Thanks for the reply... we have issue with This document only and rest of them are doing well. This document fails sometimes only not always. Only difference in this document we have Bookmarks in qvw also.

I understood... I guess Brett answer it's very possible in this case... if you can, reboot your server, maybe this file is opened by error in other program.
