QV Server - Reload tab missing for a document - Qlik Community

We are using QV Version 11.20 SR 16.

Recently, I am facing an issue in re scheduling a document in QMC. I wanted to schedule this document based on completion of another document but when i try to schedule it i am not able to view reload tab for this document under "Documents" tab in QMC. Then, i have tried to edit the task under "Status" tab in QMC and here also i cannot find reload tab.

I have attached both the screenshots, please refer it.

What am i missing here?.

I would have to believe the only explanation could be the Settings\Document Settings\Security tab settings and the Allow User Reload is not checked as being potential cause of this if this is the only app not showing the tab. I cannot think of any other scenarios where this would cause the result. Hopefully this is what the issue is.
