Hi,
I assume we started experiencing this matter after we upgrade to latest release which is SR11.
Connection get lost and start reconnecting and user has to log on fresh.
I have set idle time out to 1800 seconds both in QMC and config file and still the issue is there as if idle timeout is 30 seconds approx.
(In config file .....<QvsTimeout>1800</QvsTimeout>)
It works fine as long as when we continue working continuously.
We have the issue with all browser/all OS such as Chrome, IE, Win7 and Win8
Appreciate any expert advice.

By any chance, is there any session timeout set specific to your document? (Select document->performance)

Yes, it should be that way. I would contact qlik support here on.
