QVWS and DSC are disconnected!

Hello guys,

i'm installing QV server for the first time. But i have a little problem QVWS and DSC are disconnected. There is no active driectory on the server. How do i manage users? Is there any option to login when opening the acess point and then a server checks who is that user and shows dashboards?

Okay i solved the problem

The ports were blocked. Now everything works perfect!

Few Qustions

1) Is service account belongs to administrator Group.

2) Do you have a valid license

3) What os you use?

4) What is the build of QlikView you use.

AFAIK. Jacek Mossakowski

if you do not have any active directory.. you can create user in the server.. and then you need to add that user in qlikview management console.

tab system. - licenses - qlikview server

tab client accesses licenses - assigned CALs.

You can manage users using section access. or you have to manage users in its document itself.

in qlikview management console.

Tab Document - user documents. choose your document. tab authorization.

Okay but still i have a problem with running these two services.

Yes service account belongs to administrator group,

Yes the license is valid,

I use microsoft web server 2008 R2,

The build of qlikview is 11.20.12577.0

From the logs i get:

DSC:
