QlikView Client doesn´t initiate connection to QV Server

A QlikView Client (currently a Personal Edition) tries to open a Server Document and to receive a Licence Lease.

When openening the Localtion qvp://domain\user@qvserver a popup requesting a password should appear, which does not on this client. The others are working fine...

Any suggestions?
