QlikView Management

In a QlikView script we build a sentence which is the next one: Execute cmd.exe/C C:\Users\Desktop\Pruebas\Bat\Load.bat;

When you execute the QlikView local this works well, but once you upload  it in the management tool it doesn't work and it crashes.

I'll guess that the QV Service Account can't access C:\Users\Desktop\Pruebas\Bat\Load.bat
