QlikView sorting of numeric values problem

Hi,

I have created a pivot table with Y and X fields respectively with both showing partial sums labeled as Grand Total, created a Total expression [count(Y)], problem is when do this, chart properties -> sort -> click on Frequency = descending, the figures in Y Grand Total is not being sorted in a descending order which is the result that I wanted. Can anybody please help me?

Thanks in advance

Check attached qvw, if that is how you want.

this one is missing the subtotal at the bottom, if you would look at my example above, the GrandTotal on the bottom is following the descending format but the GrandTotal on the right isn't because the Retained Status for the 2 way ProductType is bigger than the Cancelled Status of the 2 way ProductType and I think that is the source of my problem

Well, I guess it's clear now. Then, you would need two sort expressions for two dimensions. Check attached.

I have tried that as well but the sample data that you indicated doesn't have the problem with data that I indicated above that is showing in the sample graph that I also posted. . . "because the Retained Status for the 2 way ProductType is bigger than the Cancelled Status of the 2 way ProductType and I think that is the source of my problem"
