I am not able to see documents in access points We have installed test server as well , License is also applied , Test.qvw document is created and copied into mounted folder but still access point is not showing this document any one can tell me what steps missing in this regards.

Hi,
You could also check if authorization has to be set for your app. Go to QMC >> Documents Tab >>User Documents >>Select your app >> Authorization tab on the right.
I have faced similar issues and adding the list of users has helped.

Check whether the files stored on your server path correctly. Do you have access those files from local machine
