The users are reporting a problem when trying to Bookmark pages. The page greys out when the user selects 'Bookmark' and does not do anything from there. We have tried this both on IE and Chrome and the issues seems to be same on both.
Could you shed some lights on technology used for Bookmark screen. We need your help to identify exact RCA in Qlikview server.
It may be that something has been turned off/disabled by a patch/registry, or because of a security vulnerability that is required for it to work.
