Qlikview dashboard not displaying the images after the reload and distribution

When I open the .qvw before reload I can see the images but when I reload and distribute the qvw I cannot see the image in the qvw as well as the access point. Any possible root cause for this?

What version of QlikView are you using? Is the images as a file reference or internal files?

Can you maybe attach a screen cap of what it looks like without the images?

It is QV 12.50 SR4 . image files are used as a text object and representation as image with the url of it.

Issue resolved after server reboot.

it seems the path to the image file was not accessible.
