Query About Charts

Hi, Good Morning All,

I'm practising charts.

Confused about what dimension i should take,

I have loaded a 'XL' File,

Loaded Table is 'Customer' and fields are

               Customer:

                    LOAD [Customer ID],

                              Country,

                              Customer,

                              Address,

                              City,

                              Zip

               FROM

               (biff, embedded labels, table is Sheet1$);

I have loaded this table and selected chart and Dimension as 'Country' and then i click Finish, now i see chat is displayed Empty.

Why did i got this issue.....?

What is the mistake that i have done here.

what chart did yu select and what is the expression yu wrote?

Bar chart selected and i have not given any expression.

Hi,

You need an expression to calculate from.

Like Count(Customer), this would give you the amount of customer per Country.

Have your write any expression??

in Your case, Country as a Dimension(You shared)

and take expression like:  count( distinct [Customer ID])  //will give number of customer w.r.t Country

hiii,

  you need to write an expression what you want to see in chart.

chart is used to show the data of expression u used on the basis of that field which you select in dimension.
