Query regarding selection based on set analysis

Hi,

  I have 3 list boxes name year, country and sales. if i make any seletions the values in the bar chart will change, but now my requirement is if do selctions in the Year list box the values in the bar chart shouldnot change.

Do provide me the solution for this with set analysis.
