Question RE: Fractile Function

In the following table there are 24 items that took a total of 7 days to get delivered.
1. Column one shows the cumulative total ie Total delivered after 1 day, after 2 days, after 3 days etc etc.
2. Column two shows the number of items delivered per day.
3. Column three shows the day number ie 13 items were delivered by the end of day 3, 22 items were delivered by the end of day 6 etc etc
4. Column four shows the cumulative % on a cumulative basis ie Col 1 / 24
5. Column five shows the daily %

Col 1  Col 2 Col 3 Col 4 Col 5
4 4 1 0.16666667 0.166667
9 5 2 0.375  0.208333
13 4 3 0.54166667 0.166667
15 2 4 0.625  0.083333
19 4 5 0.79166667 0.166667
22 3 6 0.91666667 0.125
24 2 7 1  0.083333

(A csv version of the data has been attached)

I need to figure out the value in Col 3 when the value in Col 4 is equal to .9 – In other words what does 90% equate to?
The value will be less than 6 but greater than 5, I’m thinking about 5.8667 BUT I need understand how QlikView can work this out.
This is used when the business want to be able to present shipping metrics as they apply to 90% of all deliveries. So the business would state that “90% of all orders get delivered in 5.87 days.”
