Question about set analysis

I am trying to Concat all of our companies that has a sum of sales greater than 500 in the last 7 days

This is what I tried doing so far and it is breaking because of the sum around the sales, what I was wondering was if it is possible to even set the field selection in a sum.

Concat({<sum({<[date range] = {"LAST 7 DAYS"}>}sales) = {">=500"}>}company, ', ')
