Set-up details:
Server: 10 SR 2
User Browser: IE 8
Getting below error message while accessing Access point:
User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; .NET4.0C; InfoPath.3; MS-RTC LM 😎
User was able to access previously but now he couldn't. Any insights?

Hi, was there any changes in your environment? Did you check if all yourservices are up and running?
I suggest you upgrade your QlikView V10 from SR2 to SR5. If the problem persist I recommend you open a ticket so the Qlikview team can look into the problem.

The issue is for very few users only. Lot of other folks are not getting this error. Wondering if something to do at the IE browser settings.
Any insight is highly appreciated.
No changes were made to environment still same error.
