Hi Chris,

Am trying to connect to eloqa via QVsourceusing the bulk api and can't figure out the correct process to get it going..

do i need to first export the data, then sync and then retrieve the data from the syncs even in qvsource ?

Unfortunately as we are not Eloqua users and don't have access to the API it's a little difficult to help here.

However, if you send an email to support [at] qvsource [dot] com we can try and setup a screenshare with you to see if we can spot the issue.

I have made a request for a free trial but I still have got no response. Could you help me out !

In order to connect to a facebook page is it obligatory to be the admin of the page or can I extract the data from any page without being necessarily the admin??

Could you email support@qvsource.com with the email you registered for a trial with so that I can look into that for you?

You need to be a page admin to get data using the Facebook Insights Connector but not using the Facebook Fan Pages Connector.

What is the difference between the two connectors? Actually, I intend to make a sentiment analysis for a Facebook page, so is there specific connectors to be used ?

Only the Facebook Fan Page Connector will return post and comment text for you so this is what you would use in conjunction with the sentiment analysis.
