Reference line for Difference

HI All,

I have 3 Managers and Each mnager some workers are there

Dimension: yearmonth,Manager

Expression:Count(Workers)

Full accumulation checked

Problem:I want show difference As a reference Line

example: Manager Koushik ->April 2013=48

                                          ->May 2013-=62

                                            Change(Difference)  -62-48=14
