Relative Bubble Size

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out how to change the relative size of the bubbles. As the values that determine the size of bubbles are relatively close, hence making the size of bubbles very similar. How can I edit the relative size of the bubbles? Changing the Max size of bubble does not help.

I am using a grid chart have only one expression, which is =count(No:). Is it still possible to modify the size of the bubble?

There are 2 measures for scatter plot one for X-axis and another for Y-axis, just add the third and that would be treated as Bubble size expression
