Reload/Partial reload from PlugIn

Hi Everybody

I have a case where the users need to be able to start a Partial Reload from the Plug in.

I am running QlikView V9 and there is no Publisher installed.

In the archived thread below there is a reference to another archived thread that seems to hold the answer but the URL dosen't work anymore .
