Reloading List Box

I just created my first QlikView application.

It is very simple with a list box and a couple of charts based upon one excel input file.

I just received an updated file with additional records and reloaded.

The list box is based upon the date in the file.

After the reload the list box is showing the additional entries in the file but not combining by date.

Any idea what I may be missing?

Could you give a little more information and possibly some sample data?

As it could be a number of things.

Are you getting multiple identical dates in your list box? In your source file, does the field from which you extract the date contain a time component as well?
