Remove empty column in pivot table

I've got a pivot table like this:

How can I move the Country-column to be in the same column as Year, Week and ReportStatus? All should remain the same, I just want to remove the empty space in this column to make the table easier to read. I've tried dragging it but it doesn't work.

If I add a second expression (only have one) then it looks great:

But I don't want more expressions. Any ideas how to move this dimension to be in line with the other?

Click on the country dimension and drag it to the right upper corner of the chart and when you drag you see the bluse arrow mark when it display as horizontal leave your dimension there.

Thanks for your answer. However, I don't want this to be horizontal. It should still be a vertical dimension. Everything the same only move the dimension titles one column to the right.

Hi,

sometimes I used a textbox on the top of the pivot header, then I can set the column width to zero
