Rest Api Api calls submitted to the Qlink cloud account has a response OK but unable to view on web

 Hi,

I tried to made Api Calls (Create App) to Qlink cloud account through postman and the result response was Ok. But, i was not able to view on them UI. Is it possible to push JSON data into Qlink cloud account through REST API ? I was unable to find documentation regarding the same and some help topics suggest it is not STABLE and may be changed in future. Can you please let me know how to proceed or any suggestions how to fix this issue ?
