Rolling last 6 months count of workers calculation

Hi Guru's

dimension: MonthYear,manager

Expression:count(workers)

Issue:accumulated count of workers rolling 6 Months

example: Feb 2015 ->Under Manager ->40 workers(2008 to 2015 Feb accumulated Count)
