Run Monthly reload based on completion of a Daily reload?

I have a group of applications that reload every day.  There is a month end process that I want to run on the 1st of the month but I'd like to be sure one of the daily applications has been loaded.  ie I want a monthly job to run based on completion of a daily job.  Is this possible?
