Run report manually

Hi everyone,

I am curious about that is a report scheduled manually from outside?

I mean I have report and business side users want to trigger report to run manually?

For instance I make a report scheduled for every 5 minutes and it checks a txt file.if it has 1 value on it My report will start to run on the other hand if it is 0 it will not start.

How can I make it?
