I hava a typical requirement where i have to display running total for missing months.
I have data in my Time dimension from 200704 to 201102.
Every month a product gets sold and its support may or may not be taken for that month or next months. even though the support is taken for certain months the rate has to be shown.
Product Sold Month Support taken month Amount
P1 200809 200809 100
P1 200810 - 200
P1 200811 200812 300
I have to display the runningotal of amount from 200809 till 201102 like the one shown below

200809
Support YM 200809 10%
200810 10%
200811 10%
200812 10%
till
201102 10%
I have tried rangesum. But the problem here is it shows data only for the Support taken months available.
But, my requirement is to show all the months starting from Support taken month for a Product.
I have also tried by selecting "Show all values"
but it shows in the following format which is not required.

Support YM 200704 - -- i do not want these values to be shown
200705 -
200706 -
till
200808 -
200809 10%
200810 10%
200811 10%
