SAP data reading errors

Dear Friends,

While reading data from the SAP i got errors which are below i mentioned from the logs.

QVX_PIPE_ERROR

QVX_UNEXPECTED_END_OF_DATA: Fetch aborted

Please suggest how to rectify this errors.
