Scheduling error

Hi All,

I am trying toschedule a document and so I copied it to the Documents folder and scheduled itto run daily. But I am getting the following error:

The SourceDocument was NOT reloaded successfully. DocumentPath=E:\Qlikview\Documents\DocumentName.qvw.
Reload failed.
Reload failed. Distribution skipped.
The task " DocumentName.qvw" failed. ErrorCount=3

On the right hand pane, it says:Failed to contact service.

The QVWS is showing disconnected in the status and am not sure if we need to start it(if so, how?). I think we are using IIS as the web server.

Any thoughts on this? Thanks inadvance for your help!

Any ideas, please?

Turn on the log file in the document and when it fails open the log and it will give you an indication of where the script failed.

QVWS is showing disconnected. Is this ok? I believ we are using IIS. Please advise.
