Screen Resolution

Hi,

There is a QV module which I developed to fit specific size of screen.

Most of the users see the module in the right size as I developed it.

But, some users see all objects much bigger and need to use the Zoom option in QV to fit the page.

I checked different definitions in their computer/screen and all is the same as mine:

* Screen Size and model

* Screen Resolution

* Internet Explorer resolution

* Internet Explorer Version

* Windows Version

Any idea what can casue the issue and how to solve it?

thanks,

Karin

Check the base Windows zoom. That one always gets you.

For recent Windows versions (especially Windows 10 I guess), the Windows Desktop may start in a Zoomed-In state. Usually this is 125% or something close. QlikView tries to follow that zoom level by scaling objects and positions in documents accordingly. Reset the Windows zoom level to 100% and QlikView documents will return to their proper scaling.

I checked the zoom in state, and it is set to 100%
