Script loading 2 fields/column names together?

Hello,

Can someone provide me a script with which i can load two field names  combining one?

Load

[Document number],

[Item number]

From

xxx

So the results would be something like (totally made this up)=> [Document number] & "/" & [Item number] As [DocItem]

Values would look something like this

10004500/001

Can someone help?

Try this :

Load

[Document number] & '/' & [Item number] As [DocItem]

From tblName;
