Scroll Bar issue

Hi all,

I have this weird issue which is troubling me a lot. In few of the report on a sheet, I have horizontal scroll bars.  When I drag the scroll bar to right, it comes back to its place again and again (to the left) and does not stay where it was dragged to. I am facing this issue only in two of the sheets. In rest of the sheets, it is working fine. Can someone suggest me what is causing this issue?

Also, I already have "Preserve Scroll Position" option checked. Any idea why this starnge behavior ?
