Scroll button at the end of Pie Chart

I have a pie chart as shown:

I want to have scroll button at the bottom right as shown:

How to get this?

the answer with Ctrl Shift is correct but I would like to recommend a different chart type - Once you get past 6 slices on a bar, the slices become hard to see and read - I would suggest a bar chart - it is easier to read with that many items and if you want, you can have a scroll abr, display horizontal or verticle, hide the axis, as well as some other flexible options
