Security Implementation on the data

Hi, I am using Qlikview 11 Personal Edition and I want to restrict the data level security. here are my files. Region Country State Sales  Revenue EMEA London Lords   400 ASIA India         Delhi           600 NAMR US Los Angels   500 AND User ID Region 1234         EMEA 2345         ASIA 3456         NAMR When user 1234 login he suppose to see only the data belongs to EMEA records. Please guide me how I can implement the same stuff in the personal edition. Thanks,
