Select in Field trigger works in desktop client, but not once deployed
I have a qvw that contains document and sheet "select in field triggers" for a couple of fields. The triggers look something like this.
Document trigger -- On open: Unlock All Clear All Select in Field (Field 1) Lock Field (Field 1) Select in Field (Field 2) Lock Field (Field 2)
One of the sheets has an On Activate trigger: Unlock Field (Field 1) Select in Field (Field 1) Lock Field (Field 1) (optional since there are no triggers clearing field 2 on other sheets, have tested with and without) Unlock Field (Field 2) Select in Field (Field 2) Lock Field (Field 2)
We're running Qv 10 Sr3 for client and server.
The triggers work fine in the client, but when distributed (or just file copied) to the AP, Field 2 is selected neither in the document in general, nor the sheet with the trigger (when present). Field 1 works as expected. The only sheet triggers are the one above. The sheet trigger may be a red herring since the document trigger isn't working, but I've been tesing it to see if it can be overridden at the sheet level.
Things I have tried/tested: Adding/removing sheet trigger. Changing order of triggers. Changing the select in field value to see if it's a problem with a particular value Displaying the list of available choices to make sure the value to be selected is available
Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be going on? Thank you!
