Select the same value from different Columns

Hi all,

I want to be able to show a count of all the times the the value "Pass" appears in 4 different columns called "Form1FECheck", "Form2FECheck", "Form3FECheck", "Form4FECheck", and have them all present in one listbox or text box.  Is this possible and if so can someone explain how to do this?

Could you post a sample data set and explain the output against that?
