Set 1 field value on behlaf of other

Hi,

I am using 2 fields  called       Arrival Period and Booking Period.

In 1 requirement  I want to select same value for both and use only 1 list box as period code.

value for both the fields:

Arrival Period     Booking Period

P1                       P1

P2                       P2

P3                       P3

P4                       P4

P5                       P5

Final field Period COde would be:

Period COde

P1

P2

P3

P4

P5

After selecting period code both the value for arrival period and booking period should be same .....

Please suggest...
