Set Analysis - Setting a field equal to another field's selection

Is it possible to set a field equal to another field's selection using set analysis?

Think of "P" as "all possibilities" of field

There´s a less know "E" that stands for "except"

Sorry, but this is correct only when Field1 value has only one possible value for Field2. If Field2 has more then one possible values for Field1 value, this is not correct.
