Set analysis on time

Hi, i have a chart that's updates evry 10 minutes and showing som information.
I want to compare a numeric % from the last 10 minutes.
example:

Time 09:00 my value is 34%
Time 10:00 my value is 44%
Now i want to show it's been 10% + in my chart.

Possible whitout save a log in QVD?
