Set the active field in a cyclic group

is it possible to set the active field in a cyclic group on a chart based on a selection in another field?

I know we have the Select in Field trigger but that is limited to fields and not extended to groups.

You can implement it on document level by using Document level Trigger:

<On open> you can set an action Select in field like I have a cyclic group with Product and date.

I have action on opening document Select in field, Field Name --> Product, Search String--> -.
