Share point data error

Hi Friends,

I Am Extracting data from share point through MS Access , here am facing some problems.

share Point data displayed as normal  format but in Qlikview some columns are displaying numbers and HTML code.

am not understanding where is the problem. please help me this issue.

This is one case and we are not able to connect share point by using Qlikview Web files its getting Error message like [Access Denied (authentication_failed)] .so please help me out very urgent.
