Sheet Properties "Select in Field" - Not working

Hello,

I have few Sheets in an application and in one sheet i would like to preselect a field ACNT_MONTH to 'JAN'

I tried creating a sheet trigger  with "Select in Field" action. For some reason this is not working.

Any idea on what I am doing wrong?

Try removing the equal sign from the "Field" expression.

BTW how do I do  'JAN' AND 'FEB  

is it     =('JAN' | 'FEB') ?
