Show Calculated Total on Extreme right side of Pivot Table

I have a data in Qlikview pivot table as shown -

Capture.PNG

I have created a the dimension forecast as an inline table with the values Plan, Actual, Deviation and Level. There are months which do not have any Plan data, so I'm not showing them and the deviation is hidden as well in that case.
The expression I'm using is simply sum(Expense)

Now I want to show the data highlighted in Green. I am unable to achieve this through the show partial sum feature of Qlikview on presentation Tab.
I need some other way to get this value.
Could someone help me get a solution to this, as this data would show the Total for the department throughout the year. (In this screenshot, I've shown only three months, but the actual data would contain all the months and quarters)

So Sorry Alex, I'm restricted to share app and data due to Enterprise restrictions 😞 I'm trying to bear around the bush on this.
