Show a tree view in a cyclic group, straight table or pivot table in QlikView

is it possible to enable a treeview in a straight table or pivot table? (like it is possible in a list box?)

No, that's not possible. In a pivot table you can add all the fields in the hierarchy as dimensions and expand/collapse them as needed. That's the best available.
